@emanuele why using a centralized system, by nature easlily censorable and blockable ? Activists should use decentralized networks spread through multiple servers and locations because that makes censorship and control difficult. You could use #XMPP for example, a protocol that provides a similar cipher system as Signal and allows you to text 1:1, in groupchats and use A/V calls in p2p or relayed by your server depending on your situation.
