You claim to want a inclusive community, an inclusive movement -- this is not the way to create one. The FSF and the GNU project are doing well _despite_ people like yourself that constantly kick down at all that disagree with you.

Don't you see the contradiction here?

I think you need to choose: either you support inclusiveness and accept that people are different, or you explicitly attack certain individuals and try to push them out.

I think it would be better to say who is good and who you want as leader(s) instead of saying who you don't want.
